Reviews
It's okay, the place seems nice in the inside, and it's great that it's by the park. I had the blue velvet cupcake special drink, but it was really not good - seemed like flavoured unsweet milk. The almond croissant was good. May or may not stop by here again, but I would not make effort to walk here out of the way.
Breakfast burrito was great!
Avocado toast not so great. Don’t know why they put so much dry chili flakes. I tried to remove them from the egg and arugula.
Sitting by the park was nice.
Crave-able, creative, coffee, creations that stand shoulder to shoulder with the big named competitors.
Bluemoon Latte dazzles, as it dances in your cup. It's true blue.
My 8oz. Strawberry Mocha Latte is Hot-Tay.
The glass display case is filled with a long variety of sweet treats that appeal to more than just your keen visual senses.
.....And thanks to the hostesses who provided me with a wealth of tasty options to select from.
Happy Hour gem on Park in Lake Shore East. Delicious flat breads ( half price). Delightful service with Rudy. We found ourselves chanting “Rudy, Rudy .. as if in the movie. Fresh draft beer ($5) and tasty wine/cocktail selection ($5). As name suggests Drunken Bean offers coffee and pastries by day. Just don’t miss the happy hour 430 to 630 pm. Pet friendly. Easy to give both dog and yourself a break.
The setvice was great.
They have great matchas and coffee lates. Really really good and a variety of flavors with sugar free offerings.
The food is alright. Nothing to die for. Not a lot of non gluten or wheat options.
The flatbreads are pretty meh.
Me and my brother went here for a late breakfast and were spoiled for choice! We ended up ordering a mint chocolate mocha and lavender latte (both delicious!) and shared a breakfast bagel and a cubano sandwich + soup (it was minestrone that day). The food was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. Really relaxed atmosphere and good tunes. Would definitely visit again.
Swung by at 10am on a Sunday— great spot for quick informal brunch, a good espresso, and beautiful dogs!
This neighborhood takes their dogs seriously and you can’t help but take delight in the adorable floofs striding, prancing, and twaddling about.
Pictured: a salad my wife thoroughly enjoyed (lentil and other goodness) and my gluten free avocado toast, along with a couple double-shot remnants.
Will return.
Realllly nice little place. Great espresso. Great happy hour. Nice to have a casual chat with friends or do some work. It was great! The staff are super friendly and kind.
